First pass.  I will do more testing at a later date and possibly refine the solution.  So, not marking as fixed yet.

> For some reason, in SAVE_AS mode, entering anything in the file name field will highlight the field as being in error, and the OK button is disabled.  It doesn't matter if the file already exists or not, nor which directory it will exist in.
