One Question about PopupLinkRenderer

1. How to let the browser create only one Popup Window instance. For example 
, there are two links, LinkA and LinkB. 
If you click the LinkA, "Hello, World" will be displayed inside a Popup 
window. and If you then click the LinkB, "Hello, Tapestry"
will be displayed in the SAME popup window. No other popup window is 
created.

2. How to make the popup window behave like a MODEL dialog ? When it pops 
up, its opener has no reaction to any triggering event.
