STEPS FOR REPRODUCE

# Open and build %IGNITE_HOME%\platforms\cpp\project\vs\ignite_x86.sln
# Open and build %IGNITE_HOME%\platforms\cpp\examples\project\vs\ignite-examples.sln (select proper platform - x86)
# Run the solution
---------------------------------------------
ACTUAL RESULT
---------------------------------------------
Follow error appears: "The procedure entry point InterlockedCompareExchange64 could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll". Look at the attached picture
