[~bobharner] - Ready to do this now, here is what I have in mind:

Ubuntu 14.04 (Compulsary)
2GB RAM
40GB HDD
1 CPU
No special partition requirements 

Software pre-installed will be :

cron
bash
tar
gzip
ssh and opie
Apache HTTP Server
Apache Subversion
Apache Tomcat

Questions:

What users need access?
Any other software required?
