Since HCat is now part of Hive, we need the ability to download client configs for each client in the service.

1) Need to provide multiple links to get to each client:

    Download Client Configs -> Hive
    Download Client Configs -> HCat

2) *HIVE_CLIENT-configs.tar.gz* should include:

hive-env.sh
hive-exec-log4j.properties
hive-log4j.properties
hive-site.xml

3) *HCAT_CLIENT* should include:

hcat-env.sh
