Info About How to Unsubscribe From Mail List

Hi,

To stop the subscription, please send a request to
users-unsubscribe@solr.apache.org

Please let me know via users-owner@solr.apache.org if you have any problems
even if you send a request to unsubscribe and do not send such emails to
users@solr.apache.org.

I don't want to change the email list to approve only. However, we should
fix it.

By the way, seems that info about unsubscribing from the mail list on the
webpage is misleading:
https://solr.apache.org/community.html#mailing-lists-chat
