[GitHub] incubator-trafficcontrol pull request #228: Remove licensing information fro...

    Remove licensing information from self-vendored folder.

    It\u2019s growing increasingly out-of-date and doesn\u2019t really need to be in the repository twice.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/alficles/incubator-trafficcontrol rm-self-vendored-license

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/incubator-trafficcontrol/pull/228.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
