OfflineDeployer started in config.xml?
Is there any reason to have the OfflineDeployer started in the
config.xml?
This is causing an exception starting the server during tck testing.

The TCK build had some old files... all cleared up now thanks to David.

which config.xml? offline deployer is not started in the config.xml
that geronimo is built with.
