   Currently, the trunk branch lacks regular builds in the quality chain. To ensure the quality of the latest features of the develop branch and to quickly use the latest features of the open source branch, a daily SNAPSHOT version is provided in the Maven SNAPSHOT repository
   
   ### Motivation
   
   Maintain the stability of the develop branch and the daily SNAPSHOT of the snapshot package

   Add a scheduled Github workflow 
   
   ### Describe Alternatives You've Considered
   
   None
