easy soap installation

Hi,
for the installation of soap in tomcat there is still the recommendation to
put Xerces in front of the tomcat-classpath. To me this seems to be the
wrong way. I put the soap.jar and the xerces.jar in the
webapps/soap/web-inf/lib directory. This way the xerces.jar can not do any
harm (if any) to the server.
