Rpm need to be modified to
* use "root" as the owner as opposed to "mapred" (Slider need not have any specific user)
* consistent directory ownership for all folders

slider/slider.py scripts should be modified to allow JAVA_HOME to be set within. It seems that its a prevalent practice (e.g. hadoop-env.sh) and allows for installers to modify it during install time without having the user set JAVA_HOME before invoking.
