Unable to run trident state in storm cluster

Hi,

i designed trident state application  ,successfully executed application in local mode .but not able to execute in cluster mode .
for testing i run only one worker  in cluster mode .   when i see the worker logs it shows like below ,no error but  says zookeeper session is closed(see colored).am running storm with 3 machines .

Please help me !
