[ANNOUNCE] Release Apache RocketMQ 4.5.1

Hello RocketMQ Community,




The Apache RocketMQ team would like to announce the release of Apache RocketMQ 4.5.1.




This release enabled to connect name server with domain host, and polished two improvements such as unit tests, user documents, fixed some bugs, and further improved the stability of RocketMQ.
