Hi Maurice,
I have attached a video file for browser crash demo.
Just change the .txt extension to .fbr and you can also play it in HPSR micro player.

Steps in Video :
1.Change preferred contact time dropdown value.
2.Uncheck smoker checkbox.
3.Click on Save button.
