Unfortunately, we met since last year the same problem in Apache Forrest. For
this reason we never updated to commons-jxpath 1.2. From my little xalan
knowledge, default namespace is automatically assigned to all the elements and
attributes without a prefix. Maybe this is not clearly specified in the
specification, but this is the way it was often implemented. Making it a de
facto standard. IMHO, the solution of this bug is really important. :-)
