[jira] Created: (JDO-332) Redirect incubator.apache.org/jdo to db.apache.org/jdo

Redirect incubator.apache.org/jdo to db.apache.org/jdo
------------------------------------------------------

         Key: JDO-332
         URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JDO-332
     Project: JDO
        Type: Task
  Components: site and infrastructure
    Reporter: Michelle Caisse
 Assigned to: Michelle Caisse

The old incubator.apache.org still exists and is potentially confusing. We should redirect it to the db.apache.org site. Per Jean Anderson:

Add a line to

https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/public/trunk/site-publish/.htaccess that looks like this:

   RedirectMatch Permanent ^/jdo(.*) http://db.apache.org/jdo$1

After you commit that, on people.apache.org do:

   cd /www/incubator.apache.org
   svn up

Once that redirect is in place, you can simply remove the files in /www/incubator.apache.org/jdo

--------------------------------------

Added the redirect for jdo to the incubator .htaccess file, committed revision 384281.
Also did the 'svn up' on people.apache.org.

[jira] Resolved: (JDO-332) Redirect incubator.apache.org/jdo to db.apache.org/jdo

Posted by "Michelle Caisse (JIRA)" <ji...@apache.org>.

Michelle Caisse resolved JDO-332:
---------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

I removed the files in /www/incubator.apache.org/jdo. The jdo directory remains, and the files remain in svn.
