bug on src/org/apache/jasper/resources/messages{,_es}.properties

Hello all,

I have found a problem on messages_es.properties, line 173. There's a
letter i that should not be there. The same happens on line 174 of
messages.properties.

This "i" prevents a JspC generated WEB-INF/web.xml to be accepted as a
valid xml file.
