development environment setup instructions for hacking servicemix

Is there any documentation available aimed at servicemix contributors that
describes how to set up an eclipse based development environment for
working on the servicemix codebase?

I found this:

however, I don't want to create a service mix project, instead, I'm want to
play around with the servicemix code.
