Can surefire create a single output file?

We are using surefire and would like to consolidate all the jUnit
results into one XML file as opposed to one file per class. Is this
possible? Our build server does not support reading multiple files.

No.

This is also really a question for the users list, where I'm sure
someone would cook up a nice bash script that could do this after
running.
