When working with apache 1.3.27/mod_jk 1.1 and jakarta-tomcat 4.1.27-LE-jdk141, 
I am missing the $CATALINA_HOME/conf/jk direcroty and workers.properties 
especially.

Has something changes or is this just a minor mistake in packaging?
