Thanks Alex. I just changed machine and will run build one by one. We will
see what happen.

Hi Piotr,

I think Infra is saying that I can give you access to the machines, which
I just did. So try going to builds.a.o, logging in and you should have
more privileges in Jenkins.

Alex,

Could you take a look into the comments in jira ticket. Infra responded that
you as a Chair could have an access to change Machine for build. Can you
check this?

Thanks,

Thanks for following up on this Piotr.

As I understand it, the problem is that the FlexJS-Typedefs build seems to
be using the Maven3 feature of time-stamping the artifact names [2][3].
The frameworks build doesn't seem to know how to search for artifacts with
time-stamps in the artifact name. It is still looking for just "SNAPSHOT"
in the artifact name. I only had time to find these two web pages this
morning and won't have time to work on it any more today. Maybe you or
another volunteer can figure it out how to tweak the frameworks build to
look for artifacts with time-stamps in the name, or better yet, configure
the typedefs build to not use timestamps in the name.

Daniel Gruno recommend me to raise jira [1] for that.

If someone on dev list have such permissions to change machine let me know. I
will wait for a moment with that.

I'm afraid that we could have similar issue with release branch once I
changed 0.8.0-SNAPSHOT to 0.8.0.

It may be problem for infra, cause type-defs project is building on different
machine than flexjs and falcon compiler.

I will probably contact with them to ask for changes machine to the same as
FlexJS and falcon is using. [1]

Re: [MAVEN-BUILD] FlexJS Framework (maven) - Build # 972 - Failure

Hi,

It look like we have bigger problem. Here is the analysis: When Maven is
building some module it's looking first to file called maven-metadata.xml
[1]. In this file we built module can take file names from SNAPSHOT folder
[2] which have to download.

For extension pom in maven-metadata we have file which ends with:
"0.9.0-20170615.144932-11",
so when you will building your module there will be searched file with name:

flexjs-typedefs-createjs-0.9.0-20170615.144932-11.pom
<http://repository.apache.org/snapshots/org/apache/flex/flexjs/typedefs/flexjs-typedefs-gcl/0.9.0-SNAPSHOT/flexjs-typedefs-gcl-0.9.0-20170615.144945-11.pom>

If you take a look into the folder SNAPSHOT [2] there is no such file,
that's why we have failing builds [3].

But there is file which has a bit smaller timestamp:

flexjs-typedefs-createjs-0.9.0-20170615.144931-11.pom

I have no idea why is this happened. I'm googling, if anyone have some idea
let me know.
