[users@httpd] Apache2 crash?

I tried to install my SSL certificate, got an error on
stop, got an error on startssl, returned everything to
how it was (pretty sure!), and I'm still getting the
errors:

localhost ssl # apache2ctl stop
httpd (pid 11998?) not running

localhost ssl # apache2ctl startssl
(98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind
to address 0.0.0.0:80 no listening sockets available,
shutting down
Unable to open logs

Here are some ssl_error_log entries that I think went
down around the same time:

[Thu Jul 08 18:33:01 2004] [error] Init: Private key
not found
[Thu Jul 08 18:33:01 2004] [error] SSL Library Error:

routines:d2i_ASN1_SET:bad tag

218734605 error:0D09A00D:asn1 encoding
routines:d2i_PrivateKey:ASN1 lib

Does anyone know what to do? It was definitely
running great before.

- Grant
