[jira] Created: (WSFX-46) I'm not seeing the org.apache.axis.message.addressing.AddressingHeaders.setAction(String uri) exception

I'm not seeing the org.apache.axis.message.addressing.AddressingHeaders.setAction(String uri) exception
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

         Key: WSFX-46
         URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/WSFX-46
     Project: WSFX
        Type: Improvement
  Components: Addressing
 Environment: N/A - Java code
    Reporter: Michael Cavedon
    Priority: Minor

When I pass in an empty string for "uri", it appears "new URI(uri)" is throwing an exception. I am not see the exception. I had to put the code in my own try/catch block in order to print the stack trace.

The exception will not be thrown if an empty string is supported for uri (I put in a bug for that issue), but I'm wondering if the exception not displaying could be happening elsewhere in AddressingHeaders.
