   When using file upload feature in adapters, e.g. PLCS7 or other, download the adapter description and import it on a fresh instance or other host, the schema guesser in step fails because it requires the file (e.g. csv file) to be present even though the event schema is already part of the adapter description export itself.
   
   Thus, we'd need a way to check if the event schema is already present in these cases and skip the guess schema step.
