[VOTE][CANCELLED] Release Apache Tomcat 10.1.0-M13
Hi all,
I'm cancelling this vote as the 10.1.0-M13 release has been superseded
by the 10.1.0-M14 release.
Note that there is nothing wrong with this release, it just got
overtaken by events.
