[RESULT] [VOTE] Graduate ACE from the Apache Incubator

It's time to call the vote on the "community graduation vote" for ACE. The results:

The vote is succesful. Our next step will be to prepare a charter (see http://incubator.apache.org/guides/graduation.html#tlp-resolution). I will start writing a draft and post that on the list later today.
