Sorry - it is just "Cancel Patch", and that too only if I am not the assignee of the JIRA. But previously this used to work even if I am not the assignee. As reviewers, sometimes it is useful to cancel a patch while waiting for a new patch to be uploaded, etc. Is this a recent change?
