SpamAssassin error

Hello.

I had to abort a Spamassassin sa-learn while it was processing.  Now, when I
run it again I get :-

Argument "" isn't numeric in numeric lt (<) at
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.0/Mail/SpamAssassin/BayesStore.pm line
1267.

I presume this is because it needs a clean up operation performed on it ?
