Hello.

Earlier this month I submitted a patch for the pvcs task, but I
did not document my additions properly.  Other than the javadoc
comments, are there any other places where I should contribute
updates to the task documentation?

each task is described in an HTML page in docs/manual - in your case
you'd have to change docs/manual/OptionalTasks/pvcstask.html.
