Mailet API used on james-2.1.3

Which is it ?

Can I use http://www.ibiblio.org/maven/james/jars/ jars
to compile and deploy mailets/matchers on james 2.1.3 ?

These are jar files that are based on James CVS HEAD and enable James to 
James to run under Merlin.

Not a clue.  That is not anything supported by the JAMES project.
