The Getting started doc at

describing how to develop and run the Online store sample is not easy to
edit as it's a PDF.
How about opening it by converting it to a Wiki page? This way everybody
can contribute to it as the sample evolves or needs to be adjusted
across releases.
Is anybody feeling like helping convert it?
