custom libs

i'm writing a se components which needs to access custom libs packaged as
jars.
I've successfully  created the project with the se-archetype and i need to
add the
dependancy on those libs that are not contained into the maven repo in order
to get
a proper jbi packaging and descriptor.

Is there a way to do this?
