I've noticed today that when logging in at https://wiki.apache.org/subversion/ and creating/editing pages in this wiki, requests to the server take a relatively large amount of time to complete (up to one or two minutes).

Just reading pages seems fine and quick, though.

It looks as if any requests requiring authentication are slow for some reason.
