Test Failure
Hi,
while reviewing #956, I observed the following test failure which seems
very unlikely to be caused by the changes in that branch:
```
Expected number of contexts to close (4) differs from actual number of
success indicators (16)\r\nExpected: True\r\nActual: False
at
Org.Apache.REEF.Tests.Functional.ReefFunctionalTest.ValidateSuccessForLocalRuntime(Int32
numberOfContextsToClose, Int32 numberOfTasksToFail, Int32
numberOfEvaluatorsToFail, String testFolder) in
C:\src\reef\lang\cs\Org.Apache.REEF.Tests\Functional\ReefFunctionalTest.cs:line
179
at
Org.Apache.REEF.Tests.Functional.IMRU.IMRUBroadcastReduceTest.TestIMRUBroadcastReduceOnLocalRuntime()
in
C:\src\reef\lang\cs\Org.Apache.REEF.Tests\Functional\IMRU\IMRUBroadcastReduceTest.cs:line
38
```
This is similar to the test failure we had last week. I thought we fixed
that?

Yeah, about that: I was a bit too trigger happy with the
clean-build-test follow up. Hence, they are lost. I'll grab them the
next time this happens.

Hi Markus,
Do you have logs for the failure? Would be very helpful if you could provide it.
Thanks,
Andrew
