A number of threads are started in AsterixDB that do not have well-named threads.  This hinders the ability to debug / diagnose problems.

This includes:
- LogManager.FlushLogsLogger
- LogFlusher
- BufferCache.CleanerThread
- ResultStateSweeper
- (hyracks.control.common.work.)WorkQueue.WorkerThread
- (asterix.hyracks.bootstrap.)ClusterWorkExecutor
