How to include FORMDEF in FO.

Hi Everybody,

I am trying to generate AFP output from fo using FOP.

Does the functionality to include FORMDEF in fop included in the trunk? If
so, Can anyone guide me how to include FORMDEF in the fo file. or else can
you guide me how can i achieve this.

Sample file would be greatly appreciated.

I don't believe FOP's AFP Renderer currently supports Form Defs. Its not 
mentioned in the documentation here: 
http://xmlgraphics.apache.org/fop/trunk/output.html#afp-extensions

I am planning to write FORMDEF for AFP Output. Any Guidelines or suggestions
are greatly appreciated.
