The "threads" part of the discussion forum API doesn't respect `limit` (default 100) and pagination. Big example: http://sourceforge.net/rest/p/sevenzip/discussion/45798/ This seems duplicative of the "topics" portion of the API. Should it just go away? If not, it should paginate.
