Trying to build Accumulo while running HDFS on the default port (8020) causes the VFS tests to fail. We can choose a port which is less-likely port to be in use to drastically decrease the likelihood of someone running into this issue.

ACCUMULO-890 Change the Namenode port from 8020 to 8620 to decrease the likelihood of tests failing due to the port already being in use. (Revision 1415919)
