This happened with the PDFBox dev mailing list. A genuine user mail landed in moderation. Usually I just answer to let it pass. I got a failure noticed:

This happened by answer from Thunderbird and from K9 mail. It also happened to [~msahyoun]. My own address is tilman at snafu dot de.
