The existing validation which added in 24cd70ab89b42683d0acc7c7e61e3a72dbef03ee caused failure in autoscaling policy or deployment policy removal due to NPE. Also, the validation didn't cover the whole application instead it was only partially validated.

I have fixed it in 31c101fe6b864160322a28b93f3897dd95a6436a.
