I follow the [instructions](https://superset.incubator.apache.org/installation.html#superset-installation-and-initialization) to install superset. After installation, I execute the command `superset db upgrade`, the following error occurs:
`pkg_resources.ContextualVersionConflict: (Flask 0.12.4 (/root/miniconda3/envs/ss/lib/python3.6/site-packages), Requirement.parse('Flask>=1.0'), {'Flask-JWT-Extended'})`
I am confused and don't know how to slove this issue. Is there any guidance that I can reference to?
