Collection automatically deleted

Hello,

I'm having a weird problem with xindice-1.1b (from CVS) running with Tomcat.
Everything worked fine for a while but a few days ago I created a new collection and worked with it without problems but when I restarted Tomcat the collection was gone !!!! The collection directory and the files where still there but there is no way I can access the using Xindice.
I've been looking in the mailing list archives and it seems that somebody has had the same problem but don't know if he got to solve it.

Any ideas?
