Wsdl2ws tool simply ignores the following part of the wsdl file saying that it is an anonymous type.

<xsd:choice>
<xsd:element name="fault1" type="s0:FaultType"/>
<xsd:element name="fault2" type="s0:StagingFaultType"/>
<xsd:element ref="tns:SetResourceProperties"/>
</xsd:choice>
</xsd:complexType>
wsdl2ws tool says the following
ignoring anonymous type >SetResourceProperties
