Move Hudson emails to commits list?

Does anyone have a strong objection to moving the Hudson emails to the
commits list? When it blows up, it creates a lot of noise that's hard to
sift through. And when it fails, it's normally easier to have the list of
commits available anyway.

Thoughts?

I am ok with this. We have enough committers following commit@c.a.o,
so a broken build won't go unnoticed.
