[I] Automatic reloading not working with yaml dsl [camel-quarkus]

### Bug description
The change is detected but mentioned as not requirig a reload:
```
INFO [io.qua.dep.dev.RuntimeUpdatesProcessor] (Timer-0) Files changed but restart not needed - notified extensions in: 0.001s
```
Note that it is working fine when using Camel JBang.

I confirm that it is working with a file named `.yaml`, without the `.camel`

I suspect if you rename it from `.camel.yaml` to just `.yaml`, it'll work. So there's perhaps a bug somewhere in discovering candidate files for hot-reload.
