Pull Request (PR) update ...

Of the three open HAWQ PRs, only one legacy PR remains (PR #940: HAWQ 1078.
Implement hawqsync-falcon DR utility.
<https://github.com/apache/incubator-hawq/pull/940>). The other two are
less than 24 hours old.  This is definitely something the HAWQ incubating
dev community should be proud of.
