Custom stream feed to Vertical Hoeffding Tree

Hi,

Now I working on Samoa vertical hoeffding tree algorithm. I tried to add
custom data stream to tree algo. But it's not working ? Need a help.

I have a CSV dataset and I need to feed these data to tree algorithm. Any
solution  ?
