http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?rev=1057565&view=rev makes broker info propagation to the failover transport conditional on transport connector updateClusterClients. This effects the connection control command. However, 5.3.x clients use the brokerInfo to obtain peer cluster info. The presence of the peer broker infos in the returned broker info should also be conditional on updateClusterClients.
