Apache2 and mod_ssl

Does anyone know if it is necessary to rebuild Apache2 with mod_ssl to be
able to use mod_ssl or can you just add mod_ssl to the binary distribution
and configure Apache2 to use it? Thanks.
,
Josh.

You just can compile the mod_ssl and add it to the binary distro No
problems here! :)

Thanks a bunch.
