Is there a FreeBSD ports?

Dear Apache team,
	I am a FreeBSD user, there is not any information about
xerces-c on freebsd in tar ball of the src and can not compile
it on my FreeBSD.
	Would you please tell me how to make xerces-c works on
FreeBSD?
